A bit about us...

We are an entertainment agency working at weddings and corporate events throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and worldwide.

We have been working in the events industry since 2001 and have worked at over 1000 events and weddings in the UK alone, our main aim is to provide a great service for both our clients and you.

Please fill in as much information as possible in the form below, so we can include you on our artist database and website.

There are boxes in the form below for you to provide links for us to download everything. We recommend using a free file sharing service such as Dropbox to send us links for all of your promotional material so we can download and process it properly. Please don't send files via email, as the details from the form below go to a different address to be processed.

Along with your photos, videos and demos, please include links to download a biography / description of all services you can provide, plus any client reviews and previous experience / venues you've worked at. Should you be able to provide a range of different service (e.g. you are a pianist but also run a function band / work as a photographer) then please feel free to submit another one of these forms so we can process that too.

It would also be helpful if you have a guide to your pricing for standard events. Each enquiry received will be sent over to you to quote for in any case, as we appreciate prices vary depending on many factors.

Promo / Marketing

The more promotional material you can provide, the greater we can make your content on our website and social media channels, so we encourage you to also include any live photos and video clips from events, along with your main promotional material, as this will really help to build your profile.

We would prefer it if you could provide an 'agency friendly' name, which is slightly different to your direct website, however we realise sometimes this isn't possible for very well known acts.

We charge some of the most competitive booking fees in the industry, and being musicians ourselves with experience of other agencies, our main aim is to share as much work as possible with other high quality entertainers and suppliers, and provide a great service for you and our clients.

One last thing..

Please could you read the terms & conditions below, this is just so we have your permission to use your promotional material you have provided, both on our website and any of our social media channels, and that we have permission to contact you in the future with booking enquiries. This permission can be revoked at a later date, and we will require written notice to remove your details, please see below for further information.

Terms & Conditions of Submission: I consent for my data entered in this form to be stored electronically, and agree that my details will be processed and used for the sole purpose of establishing contact with MBM Music. MBM Music will store your contact details securely and only use them to contact you directly with new booking enquiries. Your details will not be passed on or sold to any other business or persons. I am aware that I can revoke my consent for this at any time, including my representation on the MBM Music website and associated social media channels (7 days notice is required for removal from the website and social media). I grant permission for MBM Music to use any promotional material I have provided, including on mbmmusic.co.uk and any of their associated social media channels, solely to represent my services to potential clients, with a view to obtaining me work. MBM Music agree to offer all booking enquiries to me which have arisen as a result of sharing my promotional material online or via other media formats. I agree that the promotional material provided by me represents accurately the services I provide, I have the permission to share this material (including the likeness of all persons shown), and it does not infringe on any worldwide copyright. I understand that submission of my details and promotional material via this form does not guarantee inclusion on the MBM Music website, or constitute a guarantee of paid work. MBM Music does not charge for promoting you, you will be given the opportunity to quote for your services and inform us of your availability for each booking enquiry received. You are under no obligation to accept any offer of work from us. Upon mutual confirmation of a booking, we charge a booking deposit, which is payable by the client to secure the booking. All bookings will be individually agreed to by all parties beforehand and secured via contract, which is protected by MBM Music's Terms & Conditions of Booking, as provided with each booking. I agree that I will be not be employed by MBM Music, therefore being responsible for my own Income Tax & National Insurance contributions. MBM Music are not responsible for my Tax & Financial Affairs.
