I herby agree that my data entered in the contact form will be securely stored electronically, and will be processed and used solely for the purposes of sending the booking contract for my event, and to contact me before the event to organise the finer details. Once MBM Music have received your information, we will send you the booking contract to be checked & signed, upon signing of the booking contract a deposit payment is required to secure the artist for your event. Submission of this form does not guarantee the booking until the contract has been issued.
